Mesmerizing is an amazing cobalt blue multi/duo-chrome polish that shifts deep rich purple and even a golden copper shade at sharp angles. Enjoy looking at your nails under supermarket lights, at the bank, in the car, outside in direct sun, everywhere!
To show a more dramatic effect, we recommend using a BLACK BASE COAT then using Mesmerizing over the top. This polish looks beautiful by itself without any coloured base coat but may not show off all the colour shifts. Just apply 2 thick coats, or 3 thin coats for a complete coverage. It applies like butter and has a velvety touch. Always finish your manicure with a good top coat to make it last!
