Clowning Around is fun and bright just as the name suggests! Whether you're out to party or just wanting something funky, this polish will brighten your day! Using a combo of gorgeous neon and different sized glitters, this is every glitter lover's dream!

The glitters in this polish are suspended in a CLEAR BASE so it can be as versatile as possible. The glitters are transparent so you will need a coloured base to make these neon glitters POP! Don't be afraid to get creative! This topper GLOWS under BLACK LIGHTS!

This topper looks great with a black or white base, but don't be afraid to get creative! This topper only requires 1-2 coats to achieve a desired look however if you want full coverage, please apply as many coats as needed to achieve the look you want (See sponging techniques for amazing coverage). Be sure to apply a top coat to seal in the glitters and allow for a smooth finish. Please note that the glitters may settle in the polish at times due to the weight. Get them mixed up again by giving them a good roll between your palms.
