We are happy to offer a store credit on items you have purchased from us - simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options. Please note that restocking and admin fees may apply at our discretion.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags (example: toys should be returned unopened with their original box).
Hygiene and our customers' safety is super important, so certain items cannot be returned including beauty products if opened, used or protective seals is not intact.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed safely and can't get damaged on the way. Ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
The original postage paid and all return costs are your responsibility and will not be credited or reimbursed.
Change of Mind
If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you!
We do our best to capture products as accurately as possible however colours may look different from screen-to-screen due to each individual settings. Please use our photos as a guide only. We will not accept colour difference as a fault or incorrect item.
