How to use:
As a top coat: Apply this Non-Wipe Gloss Top Coat on your chosen shade, cure for 60 seconds under LED or 2 minutes under UV lamp.
With powder effects: After completing the above, rub on your favourite powder effect pigment then re-apply the non-wipe top coat to seal in the powder.
Please note that curing time may differ depending on the voltage of your nail art lamp.
