The Artist collection consists of gorgeous jelly nail polishes densely packed with a full coverage super holographic micro glitters. Although these do dry a little flatter than most micro-glitter polishes, it still is slightly textured so a top coat is recommended if you want a smoother long-lasting finish. Easily removable with acetone.
