Two Places At Once is a clear based topper with silver reflective micro glitters. Designed to be worn over other colours but can be worn in 3 coats to full opacity.
This will dry to a textured finish if top coat is not applied due to the amount of glitter. It will also most likely require 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.
Reflective glitter is unique to other glitters in the way it refracts light.
In low lighting / regular situations it looks like a standard silver micro glitter but under bright lighting it reflects and twinkles brightly.
