A sheer, warm gold base with a caramel undertone, filled with a semi-pearlescent duochrome shimmer that shifts between a bright lime green and bubblegum pink seen in more extreme angles. A dainty twinkle of an aqua blue shimmer can be seen in some light.

The walls are yellow. The carpet smells old. The bright florescent light buzzes and flickers in and out above you, too quiet to hear until you stop walking. You pass a water-stained ceiling tile. Then the same one again. Your footsteps sound different now. The hallway stretches ahead, identical in every direction. You turn a corner. You’re back where you started. You don't remember how you got here. The light flickers a pale yellow, then bright green, then pale pink. Somewhere far behind you, a door closes. But you’re alone. Aren’t you?

Flicker is inspired by the Backrooms, an internet urban legend describing an endless, liminal maze of yellow hallways and buzzing fluorescent lights and no exit. A place you arrive by accident, where time doesn’t pass, and nothing ever really changes. A sheer shimmering warm yellow-gold with a soft caramel undertone is reminiscent of the glow of an overhead bulb that's been on too long. Shifting within, a delicate duochrome shimmer that flickers from lime green to bubblegum pink, strange and unplaceable. It’s the kind of glow found in places built to be empty. Like a hallway with no windows. Like the light you still see after closing your eyes.

Tip: Always start off with a base coat and finish with a top coat.
