Party Hearty is like a party in a bottle! A combination of beautiful flakes creating the most unique shifts from shades of purple, pink, blue, green, gold and more! Under certain lights it has a very cool metallic look.

The flakes in this polish are opaque and suspended in a clear base so they can be applied over any base colour. We feel that white, black, silver, deep cobalt blue, and deep purple base colours show off this polish at it's best! Other base colours work too but may not have such a dramatic shift effect.

This topper only requires 1-2 coats to achieve a desired look however if you want full coverage, please apply as many coats as needed to achieve the look you want (See sponging techniques for amazing coverage). Be sure to apply a top coat to seal in the flakes and allow for a smooth finish. The flakes in this polish are very thin and can be applied effortlessly whilst laying very flat. These are not glitter so they can be easily removed with polish remover.
