Delivery and Click & Collect

General Information

✈︎ Order Processing Time: All orders (both standard and express delivery) are packaged and posted within 2-3 business days.

✈︎ Missed Deliveries: If for any reason the couriers find your location unsafe to leave the parcel, it will be taken to your closest collection hub (Australia Post = Local post office | Other couriers = typically a designated newsagency, petrol station, etc). Once the parcel is dropped off, it cannot be redelivered and needs to be picked up. Parcels are typically held for 1-2 weeks depending on the location before being returned to us.

✈︎ Return to Sender: Please ensure your address is correct! This may include unit/apartment number, company name, building level, delivery instructions for your mailroom, etc. We cannot reimburse the delivery cost for orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed, an incorrect address or other reason that is not the result of an error on the part of Maconii or the nominated courier.

Click & Collect - Prahran, VIC

We offer a free Click & Collect service at our Prahran Retail store.

Order by 4PM for pick up the next day. Please contact us if you need it the same day.

To use this service, simply select "Pick Up" when shopping online. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Within Australia

Deliveries to NT, QLD, WA and regional locations may experience longer timeframes. Rural and outer city locations may experience longer timeframes. Delays are expected during peak holiday seasons.

Delivery Partners & Tracking: All orders are sent with full tracking and may require a signature on delivery. If a signature is not required, please uncheck the option at checkout or leave a note in the comments section. Please note if the courier deems it unsafe to safe drop the parcel, it will be taken to a collection hub. See missed deliveries above.

Australia Post no longer leaves a card for missed deliveries. Please keep an eye on the tracking or download the AusPost app for parcel updates.

International

Taxes and Duties: The buyer or receiver is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. We do not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, please contact your countries customs department to find the information on importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance, we will provide a full refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to the our location.

Australia Post is used to post internationally. When the parcel has arrived in your country, use the same tracking number to track on your local postal service's website for more detailed updates. Example: USPS, Royal Mail, etc.
