This is a water based topcoat designed to be used with nail art / stamping / foils etc. Quick dry top coats can often have an undesired effect on special finishes but this top coat is perfect for them.
This top coat has a very thin and unusual looking appearance but it does dry clear.
It is not quick dry so make sure you are not using too much product as it may take longer to dry.
Your regular topcoat can be added after this is fully dry if you wish.
